The real-time qPCR system has evolved in detection sensitivity, multi-color crosstalk correction, temperature uniformity, and accuracy thanks to its breakthrough signal capture and spectral separation technologies combined with unique temperature management technology.
Multiplex PCR detection is made simple by the real-time fluorescence PCR system’s 4- or 5-channel setups and compatibility with dye- and probe-based PCR reagents. Standard analysis techniques like absolute quantification, genotyping, HRM, MMCA, and gene expression analysis are supported by the real-time qPCR system.
