When an unexpected over-pressure scenario arises, the automated vent and self-resealing structure—which was awarded a national patent—ensures that the digestive vessels may release pressure automatically and quickly reseal. It also saves vessel breakage and the waste of batch samples and solutions.

Contactless System for Monitoring Pressure and Temperature

Each digesting vessel’s sample solution temperature may be monitored in real time by the sophisticated contact-less infrared sensor. The pressure of each vessel could be tracked in real time by the contact-less pressure sensor in the meantime. This prevents cross-contamination of samples and achieves isolation between the temperature and pressure control systems. A clear assessment of the circumstances for digestion is made possible by the presentation of every temperature and pressure measurement in real time throughout the entire process.

In order to provide users with convenient operation, it can edit and store 255 different types of programs in accordance with their needs.
