Note:
- The service life of the filter column and the quality of the departing water are both impacted by the entering water’s quality;
- The RO pure water quality will exceed 10μs/c㎡ when the source water quality is low (TDS is more than 200ppm);
- Using a water softener is advised when the raw water quality TDS is greater than 500;
Advantages of Deionized Water Purifier:
- Automatic System Protection: Safely shuts down in case of low water pressure or absence of water, and automatically restarts when the water source is restored, ensuring equipment longevity and safety.
- Real-time Water Quality Monitoring: Constantly monitors incoming water quality, RO water quality and temperature, and pure water quality and temperature in real time, guaranteeing consistent high-quality output.
- Hassle-free Operation: Streamlines usage with automatic shutdown and startup functionality, eliminating the need for manual intervention and enhancing user convenience.
- Enhanced Reliability: With system protection and online water quality monitoring, the WP-DU series ensures reliable performance, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

FAQ
How is deionized water purified?
In the deionization process, water is passed through a tank or cartridge containing resin beads with positive and negative charges. These beads attract and capture ions of the opposite charge, effectively removing them from the water. As the water flows through the system, the ions are left behind on the resin beads. This technique is known as ion exchange.
What’s the difference between RO and DI water purification?
RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purification uses a semipermeable membrane to remove impurities from water by applying pressure to force water molecules through the membrane, leaving contaminants behind. DI (Deionization) water purification uses ion-exchange resins to remove ions from water, producing highly pure water by exchanging ions with hydrogen and hydroxide ions.
